Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from JadeFit. We will gladly accept items returned within 7 business days after delivery, please submit your contact form so we can get your exchange process started. Your store credit exchange will be based off your last purchased price. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To return an item, please package the unworn and unwashed item with original tags attached and include a completed return form. Please use a standard shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and obtain proof of shipment. JadeFit return policy does not offer free return shipping.
